ang asteeg na teacher

Ang asteeg ni Sir Shaun! woohoo! We didn't really do anything in CLE class today. Actually, we hardly ever do anything in CLE. So anyway, we used the whole time playing killer killer. haha. I got to be the first killer and I was caught by the police. So, I did a consequence. I needed to spell out my name using my butt. Very good! I didn't think I would still have a face to show to all of my classmates after what I did. Good thing I only spelled out "AYEEN" and not my whole name. Anyway, after we played the killer killer game, we asked Sir Shaun to play the guitar and he was so damn good at it!! He played Unwell by Matchbox 20 and Power of Two. Wow! I was so bedazzled by what he did! I don't know why but I have this fascination on guys who could play the guitar well. haha. =)

stress week

I've been feeling so stressed out this week. Loads of homework, long tests, quizzes...bla bla bla. Sheesh! Can't wait for weekend! Oh yeah, we did some gardening yesterday and it was hell!! The soil was too soft I thought I was going down to the earth's core. WE hated it!! The soil didn't have plots. There were lumps and lumps of soil. We still needed to divide it, make plots and take out the grass and weeds. We did that for 2 hours!! Under the scorching hot sun. We took off our slippers and had our feet bare while gardening. It was actually easier that way. It's just that there were loads of makahiya and its torns were pricking my feet. Roar! We were also supposed to have gardening today. Good thing it rained!! haha. I'm so thankful to the rain. weee!! I'm NEVER going to garden in mud!! Sheesh!!

mad about japoy

Gosh! I'm turning insane!! waaa! And Japoy's to blame. tsk tsk! Saw him dancing in ASAP awhile ago again showing off his martial arts skills. He really dances well, I must say. He also does his moves so good! Oh yeah! He was kicking here and there and he looks so handsome! awwwww =) His hair was fixed. It was not sabog. I think he had it gelled (is this word right?!0. He really looked clean. His long hair wasn't covering his face. =) Aww, when can I see Japoy in person?!

Audrey Hepburn

Now I know why people like Audrey Hepburn. We watched My Fair Lady and she was oh so fantastic! What can I say?! She sings, acts and dances well. She's gorgeous and she has this very nice body! She's this close to being perfect. I'm starting to admire her. She's superb!

elections

We had the elections of club and class officers today. Errr, the elections of club officers were not taken too seriously. We were nominating whoever we wanted. Patcha was like nominating every first year, even the ones whom she doesn't know. She would say "I nominate 'yung katabi ni Dosia!" or "I nominate 'yung katabi ng nasa likod ni Bianca!". haha. But it was fun. Our officers in our club (which is theatre guild by the way) were dominated by first years. Even our president is a first year. Only Patcha got to be an officer from third year. She's our treasurer. Anyway, after club hours, we went back to our classroom and we were talking about who became officers. Guess what?! More than half of our class got to be officers! 16 of them were club officers and 3 of them in the SCO (student council organization) and we are 36 in class. See? Our batch has loads of leaders! Then, we had our election of class officers. Club and SCO officers can't be a class officer anymore. There were only a few left but it wasn't as easy as it looks to nominate people into becoming class officers. Our class is very hard to handle. We are the noisiest and the most pasaway in High School department. Okay, to cut the story short, I became the class president. Hala! I don't know if I can still let my classmates listen to me. I was never a class president. Yes, I have been an officer the past 2 years but never as a class president. I've been in the SCO kasi. Oh well, I guess it won't be so much of a tough job...or will it?!

when the teacher tortures

I can't believe how teachers can torture their students. Okay, of course not physically but mentally. I was onto the verge of crying last night. I needed to study for today's long test in Chem and for a quiz (a really really long quiz if you ask me) in Social. It seemed like nothing was going inside my head! We were asked to memorize all the countries in Asia (FYI: Asia is composed of 50 countries). We needed their capitals and fondly called names. When we got our test paper awhile ago, we were all shocked! Test one was so hard! It was about all the other information about the countries which we didn't study so much. Argh! Chem was also difficult. Especially the identification part. Damn it! My quizzes in chem are so low. I can't afford to also get a low grade in my long test! Grrr! How many times have I been telling myself that I'll make bawi?! Countless!! But it seems that it's not happening! The administration even made changes about the grading system. They made it averaging base 75! Last year, it was the 70-30 base 50. Damn! Base 75 is such a high standard! Oh gosh, I pray that I'll get high scores in my card this SY. I need it for college!!

Stay

Here's a nice song from Cueshe. It's called stay. =)

Stay
Cueshe

I believe
we shouldnt let the moment pass us by
life's too short
we shouldnt wait for the water to run dry

think about it
cause we only have one shot at destiny
im asking
could it possibly be you and me?

if you'd still go, i'll understand
would you give me something just to hold on to?

and if you'll stay, ill hold your hand
cause im truly, madly, crazily in love with you

Time has come
for us to go our separate ways
God forbid
But my mind is going crazy today

Feel so cold
feel so numb
im having nightmares but im awake
Help me lord
Fight this loneliness
Take this pain away

So if you'd still go, i'll understand
would you give me something just to hold on to?
if you'll stay, ill hold your hand
cause im truly, madly, crazily in love with you

Now that you're gone, im all alone
im still hoping that you would come back home
don't care how long, but im willing to wait
Cause im truly, madly, crazily in love with you

Crisostomo Ibarra

I have a crush on Crisostomo Ibarra. I know it's weird but...what can I do?! He looks so handsome in my imagination! I mean, the way he was described in Noli Me Tangere, you know he's really handsome. Too bad he's just a figment of my imagination. haha. Hey, I'm not the only one who has a crush on Crisostomo! Bea also has a crush on him! hihi =). She even told me na 'wag ko raw aagawin sa kanya si Ibarra. He's her dreamboy daw. haha =) Now here's one more reason to like reading Noli. Noli's actually a good book! I can't believe I'm liking it. No, actually, I'm LOVING it. Not just because of Ibarra (well, even though he's contributing a lot to me liking the book) but also because I find the story so well written. It's written in such an intelligent way. It wants me to keep on reading. Rizal is such a genius!

Cardinal Sin

He just died yesterday. Yes, he is a great loss to the country. He is such an influential person. Everyone listens to the things he says. I don't know him that well though. But I know that he's a great guy. He was one of those people who made EDSA 1 possible. Losing someone as influential and as great as him is a really big big loss to the country. Well, at least he's done with his problems on Earth. He's already with God. I hope that if he gets to talk to God, he'll ask God to guide this country and never leave it alone. Especially now that we are facing a bad economy. I hope he'll continue to watch over the Philippines even in heaven. =)

Joe d' Mango?!

Gosh, I've been like Joe d' Mango these past few days. A hand full of people have been asking me for advice about love. Why are there a lot of people having love problems?! Sheesh! Anyway, I have a friend whose problem was her parents. Her parents didn't like her to have a boyfriend (They said not until she's 50!). Err, she fell in love and to cut this story short, she kept the realtionship from her parents. Not the wisest thing to do but when your parents are acting so immature, that's what you're going to do. The next thing that happened is easy to guess. Yes, you've got it right. She was caught. She then broke up with her boyfriend. Of course she still loves him but what can she do? It's her parents versus her and obviously, she would never win in these kind of battles. Anyway, she asked me if she should patch things up with her boyfriend. I told her that it's really best to let her parents know about it. I mean, her parents went through the same thing when they were younger. They also fell in love. They have gone through this. They should know how it's hard to keep one's feelings. It's part of growing up. I think it's really healthy to fall in love. There's nothing wrong if you fall in love. Everyone goes through the same. I don't know why some parents are not mature enough to think about these things. Yes, they always say "because I don't want my children to get hurt" or "they are too young for love". But really, does love choose an age? Isn't it ironic how parents would like to teach their children how to be a strong person when they wouldn't even let their children experience pain? There's no better way to explain how to be a strong person than actually experiencing the pain yourself. It's a stage we all go through. It's understandable how parents can become protective with their children. But doing it too much isn't right. When their little kids grow up to be dalagas and binatas, they should accept the fact that their children is already growing up and starting to become mature. They should accept that they can already love (as in romantic love) and they shouldn't say that "bawal ka pang ma in love". Since when was it wrong to fall in love?! Love does not choose when it will come to a person. It just comes. And when it comes, embrace it. To the parents, they shouldn't be scared to let their children love and get hurt. If you think of it, how did you become the person whom you are right now? Isn't it because of those experiences which made you a better person? Parents should be mature enough to understand these things. =) I'm just so blessed to have parents who do understand these. =)

Father's day

My dad is not perfect. He commits mistakes. He has done a lot of worng things but no one can compare how much he loves us. I know it. Although I get too stubburn and hard-headed at times, we still manage to get along with each other. He likes taking care of us. He does things for us. He is not a perfect person but he can be a great dad. =) Why am I saying this? Because it's Father's day! I know there are a lot of dads out there and I salute them for raising their children! It's tough being a good example. It's tougher saying no to their children who's so cute and adorable. haha. Whatever. =) Anyway, Happy Dad's day to all the dads out there! =)

Butterfly Kisses

Okay, since it's Father's day, I'm going to send out a song to all dads, papas, daddys, tatays out there.

Butterfly Kisses
Bob Carlisle

There's two things I know for sure:
She was sent here from heaven and she's
daddy's little girl.
As I drop to my knees by her bed at night
She talks to Jesus and I close my eyes and
I thank god for all the joy in my life
Oh, but most of all
For butterfly kisses after bedtime prayer;
sticking little white flowers all up in her
hair; "Walk beside the pony, Daddy, it's my first ride."
"I know the cake looks funny, Daddy, but I sure tried."
In all that I've done wrong I know I must
have done something right to deserve a hug
every morning and butterfly kisses at night.

Sweet 16 today
She's looking like her mama a little more everyday
One part woman, the other part girl.
To perfume and make-up from ribbons and curls
Trying her wings out in a great big world.

But I remember
Butterfly kisses after bedtime prayer; sticking
little white flowers all up in her hair.
"You know how much I love you, Daddy, But if you
don't mind I'm only gonna kiss you on the cheek this time."
With all that I've done wrong I must have done
something right to deserve her love every morning
and butterfly kisses at night.

All the precious time
Like the wind, the years go by.
Precious butterfly.
Spread your wings and fly.

She'll change her name today.
She'll make a promise and I'll give her away.
Standing in the bride-room just staring at her.
She asked me what I'm thinking and I said "I'm not
sure-I just feel like I'm losing my baby girl."
She leaned over…gave me butterfly kisses with her mama there,
Sticking little white flowers all up in her hair
"Walk my down the aisle, Daddy-it's just about time."
"Does my wedding gown look pretty, Daddy? Daddy, don't cry!"

Oh, with all that I've done wrong I must have
done something right.
To deserve your love every morning and butterfly
kisses-I couldn't ask God for more, man this is what love is.

I know I gotta let her go, but I'll always remember
every hug in the morning and butterfly kisses.

Service

Last Friday in Theatre Guild, Sir Shaun asked who among us can write well. Without me noticing it, my hand was grabbed by Karel and it suddenly shot up in the air. To cut the story short, Sir Shaun asked me to write something about service to be read in morning praise tomorrow. I liked what I wrote so I'll share it here.

They say that a man of service is a great man. Why does serving make one a great person? What is service? Is it merely helping others? Service is deeper than that. It is not just about giving aid or assistance for one may give these without serving. Service is about giving one's self to others. It gives until it hurts. It gives without asking anything in return. It sacrifices a lot of things but it is in these sacrifices that one feels the fulfillment of serving. Martin Luther King Jr. once said: "Everybody can be great because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated of love." Let us all have a heart full of grace and a soul generated by love. Let us all be a great person and serve even in our own little ways. Let us give until it hurts.

Okay, that may not be the best essay ever but I do like the message which I put. I know it's a bit redundant but...oh well, I guess I still need to improve a lot in my writing. I'm not the best writer you know. At least I'd like to learn some more and I'm willing to. =)

long day

It's been a long day for me. I did so many things and went to so many places. I've been all over San Antonio today. I didn't quite expect this day to be long one for it started in a not-so-exciting mood.I've been to these places:

dentist

I was scheduled to go to the dentist today. I did go. Dra. Mary Ann changed the wires in my braces, twisted it and placed a rubber-band-like thing in my mouth. I have to change the rubber-like-thing every other day. I wonder how I'll do it. It's connecting 2 of my teeth. One is my upper molar tooth and the other one is my lower molar tooth. It's naka sabit on the silver thing (I forgot what it's called eh). How the hell can I put all the other rubber-band-like thingys?!.Oh gosh. And the dentist warned me that if I'll do it the wrong way, mas papangit pa ngipin ko. WTF?!. After taking out 3 teeth, after having my braces and experiencing agonizing pains whenever she'll twist the wires, mas lalong papangit ngipin ko?!. I can't let that happen!!. My teeth have gone through a lot already. I NEED to know how to put those rubber-band-like things!!

pavi

Yup, I went to Pavilion. Ang ganda ng Pavi ngayon!. harhar =). Know why?!. You'll find out after I finish making kwento. haha. Okay, first thing which happened was a weird thing. Well, it isn't actually weird. Okay, it's because as I was going inside Pavi, (I just stepped out of the tricycle) I saw Nard. haha. It was funny 'coz we were texting each other and 'yun pala nasa harap ko na siya. haha. I saw him but he didn't see me eh. I didn't talk to him. I didn't even try to let him see me. He was with 2 guys..kakahiya. hihi. =) Second thing that happened was inside Cdr King. I was buying cd's when someone who's mabango walked in. At first, I didn't really see who it was. I was too busy looking at the cd's. Then, that person went beside me. He (yes, I figured the he is a he) smelled so good I looked at him. I didn't know he was THISCLOSE to me. hehe. Guess what?!. Gwapo pala siya!. haha. Ayos! Gwapo na mabango pa! Okay, third nice thing which happened was in building B. As I walked inside the building, Renan was there, right in front of my two naked eyes. Wow! I was so ecstatic! He was with his friend looking at some clothes. So I went past him 'coz I had to go to National Bookstore and buy something. After just about a minute, I saw Renan and his friend walking inside NBS. haha. Great! I went to the notebook section and they were on the other side. As I was going to the middle aisle, they also went there. His friend and I almost collided. hihi =). Then, I saw him smile. =) Then, we went to opposite directions and I lost track of him. Oh well, it was okay. I didn't really expect to see him naman eh. =)

opto

We also went to the opto. I needed my eyes to be checked. While we were waiting outside the clinic, nakipag kwentuhan muna samin si Tita Diña. She asked me what GRADE i was in. I said I'm already a junior in high school. She thought I was still in grade 6. Wow! Very nice! She said okay lang 'yun 'coz we are cute naman daw. hihi. She's also small eh. =) We also talked about Camille and school and stuff. It was fun talking to her. Then, when we went inside the clinic, Dr. Quinn asked my younger sister if she's also in high school. woohoo! Nice! My sister gets to be in high school and I get to be in grade school. Hey, I know I'm small but I also know I look mature enough to be in high school. Anyway, he said tumaas daw grado ng eyes ko. It used to be 25-25. Now, it's 50-25. I needed to refract my glasses. I'm going to get it on Wednesday pa.

Fallin

Fallin
Keahiwai

1st verse:
I wanna tell you baby, that you're the one I'm thinking of
But your heart is still with her and I think she's the one that you love
I only want you happy even if it's not with me

And maybe one day you'll open up your eyes and you'll see

CHORUS:
I think I'm falling, maybe I'm falling for you
Yeah I think I'm falling, baby I'm falling for you

2nd verse:
From the first time you laid your lips on mine
It feels like the smile on my face will last 'til the end of time
But I'm not so sure if you're the one that I should pursue
My mind tells me no but my heart only says that it's you

CHORUS:
I think I'm falling, maybe I'm falling for you
Yeah I think I'm falling, baby I'm falling for you

Bridge:
Only time will tell, the mystery has yet to unfold
Who's gonna feel love's warmth, and the other left in the cold

CHORUS:
I think I'm falling, maybe I'm falling for you
Yeah I think I'm falling, baby I'm falling for you

father's day

It's father's day tomorrow! Advanced happy father's day to all fathers out there! I know it's tough being a dad! =)

world history sucks

Our Social Studies class focuses on world history. But, before taking up the actual world history, we first need to study the countries around the world (and this is what we are doing right now). We started with Europe which consists of 47 countries and our BELOVED teacher asked us to memorize all those countries with its capitals and fondly called names for our quiz which we took up awhile ago. That was so nice of her. I thought I was already going insane with what she told us to do. She said she did that in college and it was easy. DUH! She was in COLLEGE when she took that and are only in third year highschool! Grrr. Damn her. Ang barok barok pa niya magsalita which makes her subject a little bit more interesting. At least we have something to make fun of. mwahahaha. I've been listing the things she says which makes the whole class laugh like mad. Here are some of them:

Velgium - Belgium
Vrussels - Brussels
I want a voots - I want boots
restawrant - restaurant
that are the countries - those are the countries
Awstralya - Australia
Awstriya - Austria

haha. Laughtrip! It's really fine with us if she speaks barok and she admits it. Unfortunately, she doesn't. She even thinks she speaks so fluently. Feeling! haha. Okay, i'll stop na. =).hihi.

theatre/alay kapwa

Clubs were launched awhile ago. I was thinking of going to Alay Kapwa. It's an outreach club. I really want to join in these things. Helping others is my passion. I don't really know why but I have this soft spot in my heart when I see orphans or street children or the lolos and lolas abandoned by their family. Err, I wasn't able to join the club because they said it still wasn't a sure thing. So I went to join theatre club instead only to find out that only 3 people joined Alay Kapwa. Because of that, I think they want to take it out na. I don't think they should take it out. If they need people, I'll go to their club! Anyway, theatre would be a new thing for me. I also would like to join in plays (kahit props people lang! haha) and productions. I think it's going to be fun! =) Sir Shaun and Ms. Cathy will be our moderators. They were so happy having a lot of students join them. We were 21 and I think some people would still want to join. =) But then, as I've said, if Alay Kapwa needs more people, I'll gladly join them. =) Oh yeah, we have an outreach thing nga pala in Social Studies. We'll teach students in public schools about world history. =) That would be nice!

yesterday

After only 24 hours of getting fixed, our pc crashed AGAIN.How nice -- NOT.Grr.I swear I need to buy a new one!.It's so annoying.Anyway, yesterday was our fiesta and Karel, Chai, Karmin, Sceiy and Nard went to our house.Wala lang.haha.Pero asteeg!.There were bands playing and stuff.Saya!.hihi.Anyway...'yun lang. No, it's not actually YUN LANG.I'm just too lazy to make more kwento.ahihi.=).Maybe tomorrow.=).

People power?!

I watched Y speak last Sunday and their topic was about People Power. If our country need it again.Does it?!.I don't think so.Our country has this low economy and another People Power Revolution won't make it any better. It will actually only make it worse. We cannot afford to have another one.Not now.If we take out Pres. GMA now, are we assured that someone better than her can sit in the Malacanang?!.What if after GMA is ousted, someone worse than her will be in position?!.People were never contented with who the president was or is or will be.We always want to do another EDSA and another EDSA and another EDSA.Then what?!.After a few years people will want to oust or impeach the president and do another EDSA and so on.If our country keeps on doing these things, the more our economy won't grow. The more we will suffer. Why can't we understand that no matter who's in the government, there will always be flaws in what he is doing?!.That we cannot change a politician overnight.Meaning, it doesn't matter if we do EDSA revolution everyday.I don't mean that we shouldn't express what we feel or don't fight if we are oppressed. It's just that, a whole lot of people do not know what EDSA means anymore.(I quoted that one from Drew Arellano).People just go to this street, shout things and whatever but don't even know what they're fighting for.If you still love the Philippines, don't think of another revolution. It's going to bring us down even more.We don't need one right now.The government is doing something good.Although it's just slowly progressing, at least it is progressing. And as I've said, WE also need to work in order to make our country a better place. The country needs us so much.We cannot depend on the government alone.

my not-so-good entries

I have to admit that I have not been writing good stuff here the past week. The whole week was just so full of research and homeworks and quizzes.I'm taking my junior year seriously and the first thing to do is starting this school year right. (which is what I'm doing right now).So I confess that my past entries where like crap and didn't actually make so much sense.I had to do those in like 10 mins which is not an enough time to finish even just a presentable work.Oh well..forgive me for that.

So far so good

So far so good.I've been doing good in school.Doing my homeworks (even if the computer crashed down, I still managed to do my school work which does not normally happen), researching stuff, my quizzes.I think I just started this year so right and I'm happy about that!.At least I've improved even just one tiny little bit.I mean, I'm not that super-lazy-laidback person I used to be last year.I can't afford doing the same things I did which made that school year bad.Well, because I will be graduating next year and our teacher said that this is the year which our grades will be most important because that's what we're going to show in college applications. So there.I think that's enough reason para naman magtino na ako.hihi.=).

when a couple fights

I know it is so very normal when couples fight. But is it normal if they keep on fighting almost everyday?!.And they're just starting ha.Ang oh, parang one of them wants to give up na.WTF?!.They need communication. That's what they're lacking eh.A relationship won't work without proper communication. And they also need reassurance. It's like they get jealous so easily and that's what starts the sparks to go up and suddenly become a fire. They should stop it or they'll just burn themselves up.Talaga naman. It's as if they don't trust each other if they keep on getting jealous.Am I right or am I smart?!.They won't work if they keep on doing these things.

a whole lot of stuff to do

Second day of classes and there are so many things to do.We were already given homeworks (a lot, I tell you).We started discussing things in Health. We met our subject teachers. We met Ms. Tc (hihi.cool name!) and Sir Shaun (I had his name spelled wrong last night) for the first time.Ms. Tc will teach PE and Sir Shaun will teach CLE and Art.We met Ms. Jane for the second time. She'll be teaching Social Studies (world history).I'm telling you, this will suck big time. She's so boring and the subject is so boring as well. The heck?!.Wala nang pag-asa na magustuhan ko tong subject na to.I've hated it before.Even when Ms. Leni was still our teacher. And now, there's more reason to hate this subject.Argh.But still, I know I need to learn how to love it or at least how to like it even a bit. It's gonna be tough doing that.Oh well....whatever.

June 06, 2005

first day of school

First day of school and we have researching to do.We have to research on St. Ehrentrudis, our section's saint. Then we have to research about family (meaning, functions, etc).Wtf?!.We also had this new High School Principal, Sister Criselda. She looks so strict. On, not only looks so strict but she really is strict. She changed a whole lot of things in the department. We now have the averaging system of grading instead on the 70-30.We NEED to speak in English at all times. We have this modular schedule wherein MAPEH subjects are taken up one by one for one whole week (eg. Arts for this week, music for next week, pe for next next week...and so on).We have a new club, theatre club.Sir Sean, a new teacher, will be the moderator.I don't know if I'm going to theatre or writer's guild or dance.hmmm...whatever.I still need to do a lot of things.Ciao for now!

June 05, 2005

and so i confess my addiction

Yes, I confess that I'm a total addict.I'm super-duper-mega-ultra addicted to Japoy. He's like my marijuana which I can't get enough of.tsk tsk.I watched him in SCQ awhile ago and he was doing his kicks.Hiya!.Super galing sumipa!.Shocks!!.ahihi.=).Major turn on.haha.I can't get him out of my body system. And no, I wouldn't want to be in a rehacilitation center.I'd rather be called an addict than forget about Japoy.hihi.As if.Talk about being pathetic.

waving bye bye to summer

Summer will be officially over.School year 2005-2006 will start in hours and I'm ecstatic!.woohoo!.Bye bye to boredom and say hello to quizzes, homeworks, long tests, projects.haha.Well, I think that's much better than doing nothing.=).Anyway, I found out Ms. Whenn will NOT be our adviser.Thank God.They said Ms. Cathy (if I am not mistaken), our new ELA teacher, will be our adviser.Yay!.Can't wait for tomorrow!.Oh yeah, Vianne texted me and she said she's nervous daw.hihi.

lost and found

I was so struck awhile ago when Jolibz' mom texted me and she was looking for him.She was asking me if Jolibz went to our house 'coz she saw my text in his phone.Wtf?!.The last time I texted him was still the day before yesterday and I think it was a chain text pa.And how can he go to our house??.He doesn't even know where on earth I live.Gosh!.His mom said that he went daw to YFC and attended something but he was supposed to be home by then and he still isn't.So I texted Nard and asked him if he knew where Jolibz was.He said yes. They were together playing in the pc-han (what a word!).I was supposed to tell his mom what Nard told me but she said that Jolibz already got home and his excuse was maraming nag-talk sa YFC.Ows?!.Did he really go to YFC?!.tsk tsk.Bad boy.Talaga naman.Boys will be boys.=)

and Detroit wins

Detroit wins over Miami!.Tambak Miami!.hihi.=).I think it's because Wade didn't play.So that means, it's only Wade who does the work in court.tsk tsk.Shaq didn't play so well too.So, no Wade plus Shaq's not-so-good performance equals the lost of the Miami Heat.awww.Hmmm..who will win game 7?!.It will be held in Miami so it will be home court advantage. But, Detroit can win in Miami too. They have Wallace and Hamilton.=).And Miami has Shaq and Wade.Let's just wait 'till game 7 and find out!.

plant killer!

I just killed a plant!.awww.This actually happened yesterday.I was kicking the futsal ball when it went straight to one of the pots.It was a small pot with a small cactus in it.No, actually, there were 2 cacti.Well, there used to be 2 of them. One was dead (as in lanta na) and the other was still alive. When the ball hit it, one of them got thrown out of the pot.And it was the one which was still in good condition.hala.It's my lola's plant.I didn't tell her.hihi.=).Err, she has lots of plants naman eh.She won't notice it.=).Well, i guess.haha.

In case you don't know, our house is full of plants. It's more like a jungle here. There are just plants everywhere you look. It's because we have quite a large space and my lola likes gardening. So, large space + lola + gardening = jungle-like house.hihi.=).I think we have almost all species of plants here.Okay, I'm exaggerating. But to give you and idea how much plants we have here...We have 3 Mango trees, 1 Chico tree, 2 Santol trees, lots and lots of santans (its like everywhere), orchids, birds of paradise, chili plant, kamias plant...and the list goes on.hihi.=).Oh well, it's nice naman eh.At least it can take a lot of carbon dioxide and pollution. So does it mean our house is not that polluted?!.hmmm...

adobe photoshop

I want this software. No, let me rephrase that.I NEED this software.I desperately want one.I want to make my own skin!!!.Hay, when can I have this?!.I want and need it!.=/.I've been wanting one for so long na.awww.

improving

Yay!.I'm actually improving my futsal skills!.haha.My left foot can now kick harder (still need to improve pa on this one).My right foot can kick hard na talaga and I can now juggle the ball 10 times straight!!.haha.whatever.Hey, I only used to juggle the ball for about 3-6 times noh. That's why I'm so proud of myself!.I've done something somewhat productive this summer.hihi.=).woohoo!!.Wala lang. The best part of this one is my leftie!!.I'm so so so so proud of my left foot.I used to hate it like dman before.haha.Well, it only shows that practice makes perfect (well, still not so perfect for me but..it's getting there).hihi.=).

One and only you

I've been trying to figure out what song this is.I gave some people kasi a burned cd for a gift last Christmas (all with the same songs). And they have been asking me what this song is.I've been listening to it and yesterday, I figured out it's One and Only You by Parokya. How stupid can i get?!.tsss.Anyway, I'm loving it!.parapapapa.haha.whatever.Anyway, here's the lyrics:

One and only you
Parokya ni Edgar

It took one look
And forever laid out in front of me
One smile and I died
Only to be revived by you

There i was
Thought i had everything figured out

Goes to show just how much i know
'bout the way life plays out...

Chorus:
I take one step away
but i find myself coming back to you
My one and only, one and only you...ooh...

Now i know
That i know not a thing at all
Except the fact that i am yours
And that you are mine

Ooh
They told me that this wouldn't be easy
And no
I'm not one to complain...

(Chorus 2X)

you..

tsk tsk

My mom and I went to the derma today and she got really irritated. After waiting for more than an hour, we didn't get to see the derma (we bought some stuff na lang). She was really mad at the secretaries.Oh, not to mention there were a lot of people.wow.Nothing new.My mom has always been like that. It's just so humiliating when she does that. She has a loud voice pa naman.Everytime she does that, I just keep quiet and pretend I don't care.Ooh, bad me.hihi.Well, it's just that right then and there I'd like to shrink and disappear. You can't blame me for that, can you?!.Well anyway...I guess by now I just have to get used to my mom.=).

Qpids

I confess that I watch this show.hihi.=).Wala lang, it's cute eh.Especially the bear.haha.=).Labo.Anyway, I hate Hazel Ann Mendoza and that Jill and Vanessa and Carla.Grrr.They are annoying me.Especially Hazel.Ang arte arte arte niya!.And her partner, Mhyco.Argh!.The hell?!.Get lost Hazel!!.mwahaha.The only girls I like are Karel, Pauleen and Paw.For me, sila na pinaka matino dun.hihi.Sa guys, I like Janus.haha.Laugh trip although papansin siya minsan.hehe.=).La lang.I'd like to disappoint Hazel and Mhyco.Sana they won't get picked as a love team!!.nyahaha.Bad ayeen!.haha.=)

Heat and Pistons tie

Miami Heat wins the game awhile ago.Detroit Pistons and the Miami Heat are now tied at 2-2.It says in history that whoever wins game 5 will most likely be the champion.Hmm..which team will win kaya?!.Well, whoever wins, get ready for the San Antonio Spurs!.hihi.=)

Filipino vs. English

What's the better medium to use for teaching??.For me, I'd go for English. Not that I don't like our native language.I actually love our own. It's just that we already know how to speak Filipino. We are born speaking Filipino. We understand each other when we speak our native language. So why do we have to use it as the medium for teaching?!.We NEED to learn how to speak English. When we go out of this country, we will not survive if we can't speak English. It's very handy if we know how to speak the main language of the world. We need to be trained more on this one.And it surely won't help if we use Filipino as the medium of instruction. We, Filipinos, are known for speaking the English language so well but our english skills are slowly going to the drain.A whole lot of Filipinos today only know Carabao English. Some can't even understand English even if they have finished grade 6.I saw the interview of Congressman Saturno Ocampo (am i right?!) in Wazzup Wazzup awhile ago.He said that the reason why Filipinos don't know how to speak English well is not because schools don't follow the rule of using English as the medium of instruction (meaning, they speak in Filipino instead of English) but because the quality of education is already very low.Eh 'yun na nga eh. The quality of education is already low tapos we won't train ourselves pa in using the English language?!.What's the point?!.Plus, it's very hard to teach lessons in Math and Science using Filipino.Hello?!.Siya kaya?!.And it doesn't mean that if we don't use Filipino in speaking, we don't like it na.This is just my own opinion, I don't know with you guys.Oh well...

Happy Birthday!

I would just like to greet Bea a Happy 15th Birthday!!.=).May God continue to bless you always!.=).Yihee!!.15 na siya!.haha.=)

madagascar

A good movie with a valuable lesson. We watched Madagascar awhile ago.I was kinda hesitant to see it at first but decided to go and watch it eventually. What urged me?!.I relly don't know.Maybe the boredom at home.Anyway, it was good that I did get to watch it.It has a great lesson about friendship. The story could be somewhat shallow for teens and adults and may seem to be childish but if you dig deeper into it, you'll see how we can all relate to it.We can see ourselves on one of the characters.Either Gloria (the hippo), Melman (the giraffe), Alex (the lion) or Marty (the zebra..hey, did I spell his name correctly?!).Anyway, great story of friendship they have there.I say you watch it and see for yourself what I'm talking about!.=).

Spurs vs. Suns

And the winner is...San Antonio Spurs!!.101-95.woohoo!!.Asteeg si Tony Parker!! (crush ko!haha). He's the bomb!.As well as Ginobilli and Duncan. They were just..awesome!.They are now champions of the western conference and going to the finals!!.yeah boi!!.I'm betting on them for the win!.=).Now the question is, which team will win in the estern conference?.The heats or the pistons?!.Hmm...whatever.At least San Antonio is already in the finals!!.=).(haha! Lakers didn't get in!! mwahahaha..peace!.I just love to hate Kobe.hihi.No offense meant to all his fans).=).

college plans

As early as now, my parents have been suggesting to me a whole lot of courses. There's mass comm, bs psychology, advertising, computer science, it, med tech, nursing, architecture...blah blah blah. What the?!.There's still one year to think about this thing.I'm going to think about this one carefully.I still don't know what I like.Hmm...anyway, let's first enjoy this school year.=).hihi.

market! market!

We went to Metro Market! Market! awhile ago.Wala lang.Gala lang kami.Note: our family was complete.Although, it wasn't great 'coz my mom and dad kept arguing even about the smallest things you could ever imagine, it was good enough. At least we were somewhat complete.=).We ate in Tokyo Tokyo and the food was yummy!.I ate Cali Maki and Chicken Teriyaki.=).Sarap!.hehe.Then my sister went to buy a pair of pants in YRYS.I wasn't able to buy new clothes because there was none that I liked.Oh, there were a few but I didn't know if there was a size for me.It was from Kids of Bayo.I didn't ask na rin kasi tinatamad ako.haha.Anyway, I bought cd's na lang (not in Market! Market! kasi wala namang music store dun).woohoo!!.I've been dying to buy a whole lot of cd's kasi eh!!.I bought Hale and Mojofly na.2 down, 5 to go.Better start saving!!.Wait, I can't start saving without any allowance. And I'm only given allowance during school days. So, school must start na in order for me to save for the cd's I want!.hihi.=).And I demand an increase in my allowance!.=).hihi.Please?!.=).

2. Mojofly
3. Mayonnaise
4. MYMP

the metro is too congested

With all the billboards and everything, it really is.You can't even appreciate nature in the metro. All you see are faces of Heart Evangelista, Kris Aquino, Aga Muhlach, Janet Jackson, Paolo Bediones, Jerry Yan...bla bla bla.The list goes on and on and on and on.Not to mention how polluted it is in there. It's now that I actually appreciate studying in Westgrove...on the boondocks. There's still fresh air you can breathe. It's away from all the noise. But I think after 10 years, it will also be like metro manila. They're starting to urbanize the place.A lot of villages are starting to pop out of no where. There's Ayala Westgrove Heights, Forbes Park, Wedgewoods, etc.Anyway, for now, let's first enjoy it's unpolluted and uncongested place.

Detroit won over Miami!!

Yeah boi!!.2-2 na!!.I don't know why but..I don't like Shaq (oops! no offense to all his fans!).=).Wallace and Hamilton were the man!!.Oh yeah, Billups did a good job too!.Although Wade from the heat was also good.hihi.=).
