one big fight!

One big fight for Mikee Lee! I think he's the most deserving to be the teen big winner of PBB. Bakit? Am I being biased because I like him? If you think so, then so be it. But there are reasons as to why I would like him to be the big winner.

Why would I like Mikee to win? He's the quiet one, the one whom they say doesn't need the money, the one who doesn't know how to dance well and the one who doesn't have the "x-factor" to be a star. So why Mikee Lee? Let me start by telling you that PBB is not a show like Wowowee. Meaning, money isn't supposed to be a hindrance for a housemate to win. Second, PBB is not a reality talent show.

I believe he inspired a lot of teens. Isa na ako doon. He's a well rounded person. As he said, he's good in academics but he's not a nerd. He's a teen who wants to make a difference and he believes that he can. He speaks his native tongue and he said, "hindi naman ibig sabihin na kapag marunong kang mag-english, matalino ka."

I want to share something to you. I got this from the PBB thread in PEX.

Ang Big Winner ko:

Who played the game to the best of his ability, game sa lahat ng task, good natured at hindi pikon, nakapagdadala ng ngiti sa manonood, at well rounded ang personality.

Yung taong nagpakita ng pagiging survivor--- optimistic sa mga pagsubok, open ang attitude sa mga sitwasyon at bagay bagay, at imbis na magmukmok sa isang tabi, that person makes the most out of what is handed to him.

Underneath the harmless veneer are nerves of steel, guts, and the will to win.

the kilig report

Guess what? Yeah, because I saw anonymous. But not only that...we were THISCLOSE! I swear! While we were going out of the church, we were side by side! Tapos medyo siksikan pa nun. haha HEAVEN! Before that, during the mass, they sat 2 diagonal front rows from us (basta, imagine niyo na lang! And from where we were sitting, I can clearly see him. Heto pa matindi, nung peace be with you na, nag eye contact kami! Oo, alam ko iniisip mo. Iniisip mo na baka nag-iilusyon lang ako. Well, hindi. Basta, alam ko nag eye contact kami. Woohoo! Pinaglalapit kami ng tadhana. haha Sana. :)

ows? talaga?

Ayeen, your best quality shines through in how Intelligent you are

The fact that you're a smart person who is more able to understand complex concepts than many other people are really draws people to you! But that's not the only thing. Your answers on the test indicate you're a person with a strong will who is typically determined to follow through on difficult demands and meet important goals. You are a caring and considerate person who is typically very loving, as well, too.

In all, there are 15 qualities that help define you when you're at your best. Those are the traits potential employers, friends, and partners look for in you. What makes you unique is your particular distribution of those 15 qualities.

We've found that your particular combination of qualities is rare — only 3 in 10,000 people share the same general mix of traits. Those are great odds if you're trying to show a potential employer, colleague, friend, or date why you're exactly the right person for them.

over the hedge

I find it nice. It's a good movie to watch if you want to have fun and if you haven't had a good laugh for awhile. The movie will surely give you more dose of laughs than you need. But it also teaches values and lessons. Kids will surely like it and so will adults.

OC

And I mean obssesive compulsive. My dentist is OC with my teeth. For the past months (since early this year) she's been telling me that my bite is already perfect and my teeth are already nice. Awhile ago, I went to her nad once again, she told me that it's perfect and that she's already happy. Pero tinanggal na ba niya braces ko? Hindi pa rin! In fact, she changed my wires pa. She told me she'll take it out end of June. END OF JUNE PA?! Never mind. As if I can do anything about it. I'll wait 'till that day comes.

reading

-Bob Ong

How much more can I stress the importance of reading? Reading is vey important. It teaches you a lot of things; from facts to values and morals to lessons of life. We learn from reading and it makes us smart. We may forget about what we learn in school now but it is reading we should never forget. Bob Ong said it right, there are no people you can pity more than those who are literate but do not read.

Sabi nga, invest in your mind.

last saturday

It was total brown out and complete boredom. The whole day it was raining and the winds were very strong it even knocked out our plants. Poor plants. As I was saying, there was brown out from 7 am to 6 pm. Well, it would have been okay since it was cold and everything but there was one problem...no water. Which means that we can't take a bath. So we didn't take a bath. 4 pm and I was still in my pajamas. So what we did was get water from the rain and took a bath. Pero, ang dulas ng tubig. I should have waited for 2 more hours. But I didn't know naman that electricity would come back that day. We all thought it would come back the next day pa. haha Stupid.

kaya ng pinoy!

Kaya naman talaga ng Pinoy! Congratulations to Leo Oracion and Pastor Emata for successfuly climbing Mt. Everest. Makes us proud to be Filipinos. Of course, my congratulations also to all the Filipino climbers who are still on their way to the summit.

This just tells us that we can do things which seem impossible if only we set our minds on it. Well, this proves them wrong. We can do a lot of things if we are given the chance. I believe that Filipinos have a lot of potential in different things. There's a lot we can do. We are good at a lot of things. Music, sports, arts, name it, we could do it. We just have to know our capabilities and push ourselves to out limit. We wouldn't know how much we can give and how far we can go if we limit ourselves.

Sometimes, it is even we who put ourselves down. I saw a TV show where a person was asked what his job was. And he said, "Tricycle driver LANG po." And it was a good thing the host said that he shouldn't say lang, which is true. His job is clean so he doesn't need to be shy about it. In fact, he should be proud. There are a lot of cases like this. I don't know why but there are people who look down on themselves when they're not supposed to. Maybe it's also this reason why other people from other countries look down on us. It is because we are the first ones to look down on ourselves. And I think it is this attitude we need to change. Am I right? We need to believe in ourselves and other people will believe in us.

my hands

I've been thinking what to answer whem I would be asked which part of my body is my favorite. Well, I've thought about it and it would be my hands.

I just love my hands. There are a lot of things which I can do with them. I could write well, paint and play with colors well, play the piano well, cook well and so many other things. And if I would be given the chance to exchange height with my hands. Well...I'll think about it. Just kidding! No, of course I wouldn't. Why would I exchange my hands for something physical? Ano ba ang magagawa ng tangkad sakin? I may not be tall but I've got hands which can do a whole lot of things and I'm happy with it. I'm blessed with such hands and I won't exchange it with anything else.

I don't care if people would think I'm too small. So what? For me, I would choose the latter one. Not everyone can do the things that I do. Some people would want to have more talent and things which they can do. But me, I already have them and I am so blessed to have these gifts. So why would I exchange it for some physical thing? And it's true, great gifts come in small packages. haha

anonymous report

Saw him last Sunday. He collected money during the offertory. He was wearing a navy blue shirt and maong pants. He was cute and he'll always be cute.

gaya-gaya puto maya

...malaki ka na, mukha ka ng buwaya. You know what pisses me of aside from girls na sobrang arte and guys na mayayabang? You know why it pisses me off so much? Because my brain works so hard for the ideas that I have and then someone just rips it off? Dude, can you please stop it? And it doesn't matter if it's just located at the side of your page and if it's just about 3 sentences. You still ripped it off from me and hindi nakalagay na credited sakin 'yun! Pwes, ayoko maging idol mo. Manigas ka. Well, unless you change what you've written in your blog and apologize to me.

This one is from his book Stainless Longganisa.

Kita mo yung moral lesson?

Kung gusto mo maging musikero, sige lang. Pintor, ayos! Inhinyero, the best!

Mangarap ka at abutin mo 'to.

As in 'yung first in history sa Kamiseta ng SM Sta. Rosa. Well, ako! haha Woohoo! Astig talaga! haha

and then i saw his face

now I'm a believer! haha I saw my anonymous awhile ago. He was wearing orange. And as usual, he was so cute. He looks cute in anything he wears naman eh. Well, of course I'd say that because he's my crush. haha

Anyway, I feel like that my crushes before already know that I had a crush on them. Is this good or bad? Wala lang, feeling ko kasi alam na nila dahil dito sa blog na 'to. haha I'm so stupid. I added my crushes in friendster which had a link here in my blog. And I've written their names so many times and I've been vulgar in tealling the whole world that I like them. Or should I say, LIKED them. Well, you people (and you know who you are), I'd like to clarify na 'di ko na kayo crush. haha. Oh yeah, I think that you know anonymous naman eh.

PBB Teen Edition

ADIK. I'm addicted to PBB. Can I help it? I have a crush on Mikee Lee but I think Mikee and Kim look good together. I don't like Bam because he's too OA (and it's good that he was evicted). And I like the Matt-Olyn love team. haha (Oo, kinikilig ako sa kanila) I don't know why but that's the main reason why I voted for Olyn to stay in the house. My first time to vote in PBB and I voted because of a lame reason. haha I don't care. I just want Olyn to stay so that Matt would have someone na aasarin. And I don't like Nina din naman eh. hehe

Splash Island or EK?

Which should I choose? My tita and my cousin (with her family) invited us to go to Splash Island with them on May 13. It's something exclusive for BPI employees. I've never been to Splash Island so going there would actually be good and they're going to pay for the expenses. But I don't like to swim a lot and I don't really know anyone there except for my cousin and her husband and her daughter (who is still a baby) and my tita and tito. On the other hand, I like going to EK and my classmates will be there. But I've been there a whole lot of times and I can go there anytime. Plus, I have to pay for my own entrance fee although the food will be free na. Hmmm...where will I go?

discrimination

I watched the news and found out about what happened to the Fil-Canadian boy who was discriminated by his teacher. The teacher said that the boy was stupid because he used a spoon while eating and in Canada, they only use forks. WTH?! Using a spoon while eating is NOT a way to know if a person is stupid or not. I can be anywhere in this world and even use my hands for eating and not be called stupid. Chinese, Koreans and Japanese do not use spoons nor do they use forks; they use chopsticks. And are they stupid? Of course not. For this teacher's information, it's not only the Filipino culture he's degrading but also the culture of other countries. We can see how he is discriminating our fellow citizen. Why is it that we, Filipinos, are most of the time looked down upon? In reality, it is not just Filipinos but also people from third world countries who are beaing discriminated. And who can forget that one incident where you can find the meaning of a Filipino in one dictionary as a domestic helper? We are not stupid. Look who's stupid. Why use utensils to test one's intelligence? Duh.

over rated

Try watching ads from one station to another. Notice something? Whom do you see the most? Right. It's either Kris Aquino or Manny Pacquiao. How many commercials have they been doing? I'll try to recall...

Kris Aquino's ads
> smart
> oishi
> white cat
> pantene
> san miguel
> purefoods (corned beef)
> kissa (papaya soap)
> greenex
> bench
> san san cosmetics
> eurotiles
> metro market market

Manny Pacqiao's ads
> Darlington socks
> magnolia ice cream
> magnolia milk
> mc donald's
> san miguel beer
> surf

These are just some of them. Sobrang over rated na silang dalawa. Nakakasawa!

deadma

At araw-araw tayong magdededmahan

official tambayan

Ang bahay namin ang bagong official tambayan. To be more specific, tamabayan nila Ian and his barkada. They've been in our house almost everyday since I don't know when and I don't even know who his friends are. Anyway, I don't really care that much since they're Ian's friends naman and I've known him since I time immemorial but it's just that they make too much noise while playing basketball. Nevermind. They're guys. What should I expect?

new lay out/s

I've been doing blogs since yesterday. I've finished 3 (Nard's, Vianne's and mine). Check the other two out: http://emotrigger03.blogspot.com and http://checkitoutnow90.blogspot.com.

Saw this in Mina's blog and I found it nice.

Torpe Song # 5
MYMP

Kung di ngayon kelan pa?
Bukas o makalawa?
Baka makawala pa

Naiparating mo na ba?
Naihayag mo na ba?
Nakapagtapat ka na ba?
Ano ba?

di niya malalaman
Di mahuhulaan damdamin mo
kung di sasabihin
Kailangan sabihin mo na

Bridge:
May patula-tula pa
Di naman niya nabasa
Baka pa matulala ka
Pag may ibang pumorma
Mauunahan ka pa
Baka mag-mukha kang tanga, di ba?

Chorus:
hindi niya malalaman (di ko malalaman)
Di mahuhulaan damdamin mo
kung di sasabihin (sabihin mo na)
Kailangansabihin mo na

Sige na, lakad na, sugod na
Baka mawala pa
Kayang kaya mo yan

Sige na, lakad na, sugod na
Kapal mukha na
Kayang kaya mo yan

Sige na, lakad na, sugod na
Baka mawala pa
Kayang kaya mo yan

Sige na, lakad na, sugod na
Kapal mukha na
Kayang kaya mo yan

Sige na, lakad na, sugod na
Baka mawala pa
Kayang kaya mo yan

Sige na, lakad na, sugod na
Baka sagutin ka
Sana nga o sana

KAYANG KAYA MO YAN..

i'm back!

After 1 grueling month of not being able to write, I'm finally back! Hello world! Welcome back to me! I feel good! tananananana. haha Okay, so I need a lot of catch-upping to do. What happened the past month? hmmm....

updates!

We had our recognition last April 11. I got a merit and a service award (which says, "for actively participating in various school activities and enforcing the school rules and regulations" or something like that. haha). Weird. Anyway, Mina got best in Math. Isn't it so shocking? I really didn't expect that Mina would get that one. No one got best in English nor did anyone get best in Science. C'mon, being a junior is hard so you can't blame us.

Last Holy Week, we were quite busy. Holy Wednesday, we had the prusisyon. Good Friday, we went to have Bisita Iglesia, something we do every year. But believe it or not, it's the first time we went to our own parish to pray the Stations of the Cross. There was also another prusisyon but we didn't join. Anyway, Black Saturday, we went to mass ('yuns di tapos na mass saka may renewal of baptismal rights). And Easter Sunday, we joined the Salubong and went to mass.

After Holy Week, I've been doing the same monotonous thing everyday. I'd go to the store and do my "summer job" while reviewing for college entrance tests (which, by the way, is so hard to do). I've been reviewing by answering damn questions in review books which is so hard. But I like what I get in English. I answered a test where I got only 1 mistake! Hail English! haha But on the contrary, I get low scores on Math and Science. Okay, maybe not that low but I don't think that that would be enough for me to pass the UPCAT (not that I would want to study there). Oh yeah, I have one resolution this coming school year. I want to make it to top 2. I NEED to make it to top 2. Why? Because I need a scholarship. As you all know, I want to study in DLSU and we all know how much it costs to study there. I can get a scholarship if I can be the top 1 (which may be way too impossible) or the top 2 (which I hope I can manage to do). So there.

I have a new crush! haha You know Mikee Lee of PBB? He's my new husband! He's so cute! haha wala lang. Update din yun! And I've been seeing anonymous for the past weeks but I still don't know him. Wish me luck na lang!
